Safety First and Foremost.

To provide our employees, clients and everyone we interact with a safe and healthy work environment is paramount at ACP. To continuously improve our safety performance, we are committed to a safety-first approach on everything that we do. The right to a safe work environment is not only our policy, but a pillar of our company culture.

Training.

In addition to OSHA 10 training, each employee begins their career with an extensive safety orientation prior to setting foot on the jobsite. Once on site our OSHA Certified safety managers continually train, monitor and mentor each field employee throughout each and every project. We believe that by involving, educating and empowering each employee our company’s safety culture will succeed in providing a sustainable safe and healthy work environment for all.

Safety & Toolbox meetings.

Prior to the commencement of each project a safety meeting is conducted to identify potential environmental and work practice hazards. This allows us to mitigate risks and prevent potential accidents. Once onsite, safety meetings continue through toolbox talks allowing for continuous risk mitigation. Additionally, each employee is empowered and obligated to immediately halt all operations whenever they think an unsafe or dangerous condition exists.

Safety Audit System.

Safety audits are performed throughout and at the completion of projects through an in-depth and multilevel internal evaluation process. Through inspections and documentation, we are able to track, manage and improve safe work practices.

Safety Bonus Program.
